Value Engineering works as a sub-consultant, providing key office technician and construction engineering staff for I-75 from M-15 to the Oakland County line.  VE oversees all project administration, reviewing the inspector's daily report, performing computations, documentation and payment of quantities, reviewing certified payrolls and other documentation to determine prevailing wage compliance, and record keeping.  The construction engineering services include reviewing lane closure requests and developing concrete mix designs, RFI’s, shop drawings, contract modifications, and quantities; ensuring full adherence with all MDOT & FHWA regulations; and meeting all federal aid project requirements.
